Dr. Anne Rios
Allow us to introduce Dr Anne Rios, founder of the Supernatural foundation and leader of the Dream3DLab. She is a distinguished group leader from the Princess Maxima Center in The Netherlands and Dutch national cancer institute Oncode. Dr. Rios is a prominent figure in the field of innovative microscopy techniques for studying stem cell biology and cancer treatment. Her expertise is evidenced by her numerous publications in prestigious scientific journals like Nature and she has been recognized with several prestigious awards for bold science, including the European Research Council (ERC) starting grant and and the L’Oréal-UNESCO for Woman in Science Award.


Dr. Britt Vervoort
Stephan Ummelen and Hannah Johnson, together with Dr. Rios, co-founded The Supernatural Foundation. Dr. Vervoort, a postdoctoral researcher at the Dream3DLab, serves as our vibrant social butterfly, spearheading outreach initiatives for the foundation. Stephan Ummelen brings his expertise as a social entrepreneur and writer to the team. Hannah Johnson skillfully manages our projects, while Amber Wezenaar drives our business development efforts. Providing the technical edge is Pim Zonneveld, our software developer and artificial intelligence specialist. Our team is further enriched by a group of scientific artists from the Dream3DLab, including Dr. Ravian van Ineveld, Mario Barrera Román, Raphael Collot, and Emma Bokobza, contributing unique insights and creativity to our endeavors.
